Natural England - Joining the Wildlife Gardening Forum

Joining the Wildlife Gardening Forum

The Wildlife Gardening Forum is free to join, as an organisation or as an individual. Organisations will be asked to sign up to our Manifesto: (500kb)pdf document.

We send out newsletters by email several times a year, with information about new research, case studies, and public and training events.

We also hold two one-day conferences a year where delegates hear the latest findings and best practice, debate important issues and determine Forum policy. Conferences are a good opportunity to tell the Wildlife Gardening World about your own projects and achievements.

Forum conferences sometimes involve field visits to important wildlife gardens.

If you have some time and energy, you could join one of the Forum Working Groups dealing with key topics such as research needs, or the planning system. You could start a new topic working group of your own if other members wish to join in.

To join the Forum contact the coordinator, Dr Steve Head, by email, and give your affiliation if you are representing an organisation. Recent conference summaries and newsletters are available as pdf files.

If your organisation is based in Scotland you should also contact the Scottish Wildlife Garden forum.
